RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
First of all, thank you for choosing Qafarrin.
For domestic orders, returns and losses are subject to a 14-day delivery increase. To receive your order, you must return the product in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in a resalable condition, including the original box and all accessories.
Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. No shipping labels should be placed on the product box, and it should not be taped with packing tape. This type of return is not accepted.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email info@qafarrin.com with your request before shipping the product. A shipping code will be sent to you for your size adjustment. You will then need to provide the tracking number when sending the product.
Defective / Faulty Products
Any defects in the products must be reported to info@qafarrin.com within 2 days of delivery. Overdue notifications cannot be processed.
Personalized Products
There is no right of withdrawal for products specially produced according to personal wishes and needs.

CHANGE CONDITIONS
• Exchanges are only made once. A second exchange is not possible; returns are only accepted.
• The product for which an exchange is requested must be unused, labeled, and returned with the original box.
• Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipments with paid shipping costs are not accepted.
Change Process:
• After the product reaches us, the exchange conditions are checked.
• For products that meet the conditions, the exchange process will be completed within 2–5 business days.
• Unsuitable products will be returned at buyer's expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, have removed their labels, or whose originality is preserved.
• If the packaging is damaged, the protective tape will be charged and no refund will be made.
• Products cannot be sold without an invoice.
• Extra costs such as special packaging/boxes purchased during purchase are not refundable.
Return Process:
• After the product reaches us, it is examined within 10 business days and if it meets the return conditions, it is processed.
• Depending on your bank, the fee payment will be reflected within 3–5 business days.
• Products that do not meet the conditions will be returned at buyer's expense.
• Return and exchange period is 14 days from the delivery date. Shipments exceeding this period will not be accepted. Shipments will be sent at buyer's expense.
• Returns and exchanges of used or damaged products are not accepted.
