Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

Qafarrin As , we attach great importance to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data and processing it securely. Within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data owners, you have the following rights:

Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
In case your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed, to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
To object to a result that is to your detriment as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
